About Blood Marchioness Mina

Blood Marchioness Mina is a Mythical Magic champion from the Undead Hordes faction, Attack role, built around a dual-form kit that rewards aggressive play and punishes enemy turn cycling. In her Base Form, Hemolytic Storm strips all enemy buffs before landing Leech and Decrease ATK debuffs — both unresistable by any enemy whose ATK falls below hers. Her passive Murder Engine then converts every enemy Turn Meter fill into pure damage and SPD destruction, with doubled output against Leech-afflicted targets, while her built-in self-revival keeps her on the field every two turns. A1= Thorn of Hatred

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Repeats the attack against the enemy with the highest Turn Meter if the initial target is affected by a [Lifesteal] debuff.

Lvl 2: Damage +20%

A2= Scarlet Steel

Attacks all enemies. Places a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn and decreases the Turn Meter of all enemies by 50%. These effects cannot be resisted by targets whose ATK is lower than this champion's..

A3= Hemolytic Storm

Attacks all enemies. Before attacking, removes all buffs from enemies. This effect cannot be resisted by targets whose ATK is lower than this champion's. Places a [Lifesteal] debuff and a [Decrease ATK] debuff by 50% on all enemies for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted by targets whose ATK is lower than this champion's.

A4= Metamorphosis [P]

Transforms this champion into their Alternate Form each time this champion is resurrected by a skill, an effect or a [Revive on Death] buff. Then grants an Extra Turn.

A5= Murder Engine [P]

Each time an enemy's Turn Meter is filled, this champion deals pure damage to that enemy equal to 3% of their MAX HP for every 10% of Turn Meter filled. Deals 6% of their MAX HP in pure damage instead, if the enemy is affected by a [Lifesteal] debuff. This damage cannot be critical and will ignore [Stone Skin], [Ally Protection], [Shield], [Strengthen] and [Fervor] buffs, [Bone Armor] stacks and any buffs or effects modifying damage. If the enemy is a Boss, the damage cannot exceed 50,000 HP per hit. Each time an enemy's Turn Meter is filled, also destroys that enemy's SPD by 3 for every 10% of Turn Meter filled (stacks up to 100). Destroys 6 SPD for every 10% of Turn Meter filled instead, if the enemy is affected by a [Lifesteal] debuff. This effect does not work against Bosses. Resurrects this champion with 100% HP every 2 turns if at least one ally is alive. Once per Round, instantly resurrects this champion with 100% HP if all allies are dead.

A6= Needle of Terror

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Ignores 10% of the target's DEF. Ignores 20% of the target's DEF instead if the target's ATK is lower than this champion's. The damage dealt by this skill increases by 5% for each debuff on the target.

Lvl 2: Damage +20%

A7= Serrated Swords

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Ignores 50% of the target's DEF. Ignores 100% of the target's DEF instead if the target's ATK is lower than this champion's. Also ignores [Block Damage] and [Unkillable] buffs if the target is affected by a [Heal Reduction] debuff. If this skill kills an enemy, heals this champion by 100% of their MAX HP and repeats the attack on a random target affected by a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff. Occurs once per skill.

A8= Thousand Wings

Attacks all enemies. Places a [Heal Reduction] debuff by 100% and a [True Fear] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Ignores [Block Debuffs] buffs. These debuffs cannot be resisted by targets whose ATK is lower than this champion's. Also ignores 20% of each target's DEF if the target's ATK is lower than this champion's.

Transforms this champion into their Base Form. Then grants an Extra Turn.

Heals this champion by 1% of their MAX HP for every 1% of Turn Meter filled by enemies. Heals this champion by 2% of their MAX HP for every 1% of Turn Meter filled by enemies instead, if this champion's ATK is higher than the enemy's. Increases this champion's SPD by 3 for every 1% of Turn Meter filled by enemies (stacks up to 100). Increases this champion's SPD by 6 for every 1% of Turn Meter filled by enemies instead, if this champion's ATK is higher than the enemy's.
