His passive Speed up the Saw [P] self-buffs his Accuracy and Critical Damage at the start of every turn, then at the end automatically applies Decrease C.RATE and Decrease C.DMG to the highest-C.DMG threat on the enemy team — steady pressure with no extra moves required. Rip Flesh shines for its ability to transfer all of Jagg's own debuffs onto a single target before spreading two of that target's debuffs across all enemies, making it particularly effective alongside heavy-Poison setups in the Dragon's Lair. Lacerating Storm strips every enemy buff before hitting, scaling damage based on how much was removed.
