Outlander is an Uncommon Spirit Attack champion from the Barbarians faction. His kit is purely offensive with no buffs or passives: Savage Blow hits a single target twice for consistent single-target pressure, while Talisman of Power sweeps all enemies with a chance to reduce their Turn Meter — an AoE effect that can slow enemy wave rotations in Campaign and buy extra turns for the team. That Turn Meter pressure is his standout trait and main source of utility in early progression. Beyond that, he brings no sustain, no additional debuffs, and nothing to carry into dungeons or endgame content. He is a functional starter for new players building their first Attack core, but expect to replace him as Rare and Epic options become available.
