How does pity work in Raid: Shadow Legends?

Pity (or mercy) guarantees a champion after a number of summons without a drop. Ancient and Void Shards: 0.50% base, the guarantee climbs from the 200th summon (+5.00 points per summon) and reaches 100% when the counter reads 219. The 220th summon is therefore guaranteed. Sacred Shard: 6.00% base, threshold at 12 (+2.00), counter full at 58. Prism: 6.00%, threshold at 20 (+3.00), full at 51. The Primal Shard has TWO independent mercies: Legendary from 75 (1.00% then +1.00, full at 173) and Mythical from 200 (0.50% then +10.00, full at 209). Cursed Remnants: 2.50%, threshold at 24 (+1.00), full at 121 for a Mythical.

These are the in-game rates, the same ones used by the RSLTools Pity System.

Good to know

Because of a game bug, pulling a legendary does not reset its counter automatically. Until it is fixed, reset it by hand in the app with the ↻ button.
