Scarlet Fury applies Turn Meter pressure that scales with the number of buffs on the target, reinforcing the anti-buff gameplan in PvP. Scarlet Lord lands Decrease ATK and Decrease ACC on all enemies, giving him real utility in Faction Wars and Doom Tower waves where managing incoming damage matters.
