93 Raid: Shadow Legends champions have a skill that ignores the target's DEF, usually a fixed percentage of it. Unlike a Decrease DEF debuff, the effect is written into the skill itself, so it cannot be resisted or cleansed. Rates and conditions vary: Rotos the Lost Groom ignores 60% on a single target, Mountain King and Basileus Roanas 50%, Fortus 30% only against enemies under Fear or True Fear, and Trunda Giltmallet 50% on the second, AoE hit of Cloak of the Ages alone.
